Discrimination Upheld

Simply unacceptable. What else is there to say? Sorely disappointed in our sunny state. And that's twice.

Liberty and Justice for All.

Amen.

I love you. My sister is in a same-sex relationship. I do not want anyone mistreated for any reason. It is my belief that legal marriage is reserved for a man and a woman.

Restricting the rights of gays is no different than restricting the rights of women to vote. Luckily we have the 14th Amendment that ensures everyone equal rights under the law.
Tina, your sister is not in a "same-sex relationship", she is gay. It may sound like no big deal to "reserve" legal marriage for a man and a woman, but you might ask your sister if it is no big deal to her.
Marriage is a right for every citizen. Take away that right and it is discrimination, plain and simple.
